Fat Loss - Service Offering

 

Daily Contact

I will provide a platform* for daily contact so that I can give support and guidance should any issues arise, for example, a family gathering or social event. Although you must enjoy life beyond your goals of fat loss it is important that you continue to progress and learn to manage your plan in a sustainable way going forward.

*This platform will be periodically checked throughout the day.

 

Initial Nutritional Analysis

Understanding your current eating habits as they stand is at the foundation of this programme. We can then better direct our approach going forward.

 

Weekly Nutrition Updates

We will regularly review your eating habits to see what you feel is working well and what isn't and adjust accordingly. It is possible to enjoy the food that is being consumed and still achieve a fat loss goal.*

*I will also happily arrange for food to be delivered to your home, however this will incur an additional fee

 

Weekly Goal Setting

Regular goal setting is tantamount to progression. We will agree realistic, achievable goals around your nutrition and habits to ensure progression throughout the programme. 

 

Session Reminder

A reminder will be sent out prior to your session.

 

Suggested 3 1-1 Sessions

3 weekly sessions is suggested in the onset, this is to help with support and compliance. It will also help to build good habits and confidence going forward (you won’t need me forever)

 

Compositional Assessment

This is a service I can provide if requested. However it isn't a necessity as the changes should be aesthetic and felt in our clothing.
