Muscle Building - Service Offering

 

Support Platform

I will provide a platform* for any support needed. Muscle building takes time, so this support is long term for any questions that may arise over the weeks and months.  

*This platform will be periodically checked on a daily basis.

 

Initial Nutritional Analysis

The aim is to understand your current eating habits and calorie intake so we can make adjustments to put our body in a state to build muscle.

 

Weekly Nutrition Consultation

We will identify whether we have hit our calorie targets for the week and go over how we can best adjust our habits to ensure we are getting things right.

 

Weekly Goal Setting

Regular goal setting is tantamount to progression. We will agree realistic, achievable goals around your nutrition and habits to ensure progression throughout the programme. 

 

Session Reminder

A reminder will be sent out prior to your session.

 

Suggested Weekly 1-1 Sessions

A weekly session 1-1 session is suggested, this is to provide an hour of face-to-face communication where you can be coached and discuss your progression. For the initial starting weeks of a programme more sessions may be necessary to ensure the training sessions are being carried out correctly.

 

Tracking Service

Tracking progression is key when building muscle. Examples of things we can track are, body measurements, the amount we’re lifting, weight ect. A platform for tracking will be provided by me.
